Dear Hiring Manager,
Leidos' work delivering critical managed infrastructure at high security classifications is precisely the environment in which I want to apply my 2nd line engineering skills — which is why the Huntingdon-based role immediately stood out. I bring hands-on experience with WSUS and SCCM patching across multi-domain Windows environments, alongside a disciplined approach to SLA-driven incident management and Periodic Preventative Maintenance recording.
My background in infrastructure support includes managing virtual machines and physical servers for a 1,500-user estate, where I maintained a 94% first-touch resolution rate at 2nd line and contributed to a CSI initiative that reduced recurring P2 incidents by 40% over six months. I am comfortable working within structured change control processes and producing accurate technical documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.
