Unsere Tipps für Ihre Bewerbung
5 recommandations générées par notre IA pour maximiser vos chances.
⭐ Open your CV with a Personal Statement that explicitly names 'behaviour management' and 'exclusion prevention', as these are the two core competencies the advert highlights.
📊 Quantify your impact where possible: e.g. 'Supported 12 at-risk pupils per week, contributing to a 20% reduction in fixed-term exclusions over one term'.
🎯 List any relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ in Supporting Teaching and Learning, BTEC in Children's Care, Team Teach, or similar behaviour intervention training) prominently, as the advert states pay is enhanced based on qualifications.
🌐 Include a dedicated 'Relevant Experience' section covering schools, youth work, mentoring, or support work settings — the advert lists all four as valid backgrounds, so tailor your bullet points to whichever apply.
🤝 Highlight your safeguarding knowledge and any DBS certificate status (enhanced DBS is standard for school roles), as this is an implicit requirement for all school-based positions in the UK.

Aperçu — adapté à Tradewind Recruitment
Dear Hiring Manager,
Tradewind Recruitment's Behaviour Mentor vacancy in West London aligns directly with my experience in behaviour support and pupil mentoring. Having worked with young people at risk of exclusion, I understand the importance of implementing structured behaviour support strategies while acting as a consistent, positive role model who builds genuine trust with students.
My background in school-based support work has equipped me with practical de-escalation techniques and a strong understanding of how to monitor attendance, engagement, and emotional wellbeing. I have collaborated closely with SENCOs and class teachers to develop joined-up support plans, contributing to measurable improvements in pupil behaviour and reduced fixed-term exclusions across a caseload of 10 students per term.
