Unsere Tipps für Ihre Bewerbung
5 recommandations générées par notre IA pour maximiser vos chances.
⭐ Open your Personal Statement with your PQE level and a specific commercial property deal type (e.g. development finance, investment acquisitions) — the advert explicitly welcomes candidates from large regional or national firms, so name your current firm tier.
📊 Quantify your caseload: e.g. "Managed a caseload of 45 active commercial property matters simultaneously, acting for 12 developer clients across Yorkshire and the North West."
🎯 Highlight drafting and negotiation experience prominently in your skills section — the advert lists these as core technical requirements, so cite specific document types (leases, option agreements, facility letters).
🌐 Mention any experience acting for lenders, investors or developers separately in your role descriptions — the advert lists all three client types as key, so mirror this language precisely.
🤝 Include a brief line on business development or marketing contributions (e.g. seminars attended, articles written, referral relationships built) as the advert explicitly requires supporting BD initiatives.

Aperçu — adapté à G2 Legal Limited
Dear Hiring Manager,
Halifax's commercial property market — and the calibre of developer, lender and investor clients your real estate team acts for — is precisely the environment in which I want to build the next stage of my career. I am applying for the Commercial Property Solicitor position at your firm as advertised through G2 Legal, bringing strong technical drafting and negotiation skills alongside a caseload management background that spans development transactions, investment acquisitions and lender-side security work.
My background in commercial property law has equipped me to manage a varied portfolio of matters independently while maintaining high standards of client care. I have acted for a range of clients including developers, institutional investors and high-street lenders, and I have contributed to business development initiatives including client seminars and referral network development. I am comfortable working both collaboratively within a team and autonomously on complex transactions.
