I nostri consigli per candidarsi
5 recommandations générées par notre IA pour maximiser vos chances.
⭐ Lead your CV personal statement with residential conveyancing expertise, as the advert lists eight distinct transaction types — matching each one signals immediate competency to the hiring partner.
📊 Quantify your caseload: e.g. 'Managed a pipeline of 60 active conveyancing files simultaneously, achieving completion within agreed timescales on 95% of matters.'
🎯 Explicitly list Land Registry application experience (AP1, FR1, DS1) in your skills section — the advert names Land Registry applications as a core duty.
🏠 Dedicate a bullet point to new build and shared ownership experience if you have it, as these are specialist areas mentioned prominently and often harder to find in candidates.
🤝 Highlight any experience working directly with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to demonstrate the 'personal service' ethos the firm emphasises.
