Remote Conveyancer 

This is a specialist leasehold conveyancing role with a leading national firm. It is not a general residential position. You must have strong, hands-on leasehold experience to be considered. If you don’t have solid leasehold experience, please do not apply.

About you:

You’ll be an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor with a strong background in leasehold transactions. This role requires confidence handling leasehold matters from start to finish, not limited exposure.

Key requirements:

  • Extensive leasehold conveyancing experience – essential (applications without this will not be considered)
  • Strong title checking skills, particularly for leasehold properties
  • Ability to manage a residential caseload including leasehold and freehold (new build experience is helpful but not essential)
  • A client-focused approach with strong communication skills
