Dear Hiring Manager,
Tradewind Recruitment's Year 3 Teacher vacancy at your Bolton primary school stands out precisely because of the school's commitment to KS2 attainment and staff professional development — two areas I have made central to my teaching practice. Holding Qualified Teacher Status and with hands-on experience delivering the KS2 curriculum, I am confident I can inspire Year 3 pupils to make measurable progress from day one in September.
My background in primary education has equipped me with strong classroom management techniques and a data-informed approach to tracking pupil progress. I have planned and delivered differentiated lessons across mixed-ability Year 3 classes, consistently raising attainment through targeted guided reading and maths intervention groups. I also contribute actively to the wider school community through parent engagement evenings and extracurricular activities.
