Our tips for applying
5 recommandations générées par notre IA pour maximiser vos chances.
⭐ Lead your CV's personal statement with explicit commercial property experience — the advert lists it as the primary requirement, so name specific transaction types (leases, acquisitions, disposals) within the first three lines.
📊 Quantify your caseload: e.g. 'Managed a caseload of 40+ concurrent commercial property files, including 12 lease renewals and 8 freehold acquisitions in 2023.'
🎯 Mirror the advert's language precisely — use 'commercial property transactions', 'acquisitions', 'disposals', and 'development projects' as section headings or bullet keywords to pass ATS screening.
📝 Showcase document drafting skills with specifics: 'Drafted and reviewed 30+ commercial leases, licences to assign, and heads of terms for retail and industrial clients.'
🤝 Include a brief line on client and solicitor liaison experience, as the advert explicitly requires stakeholder communication — mention the types of parties you have coordinated with (lenders, agents, local authorities).
