Dear Hiring Manager,
Having built a focused career in Private Client law, I was drawn immediately to this role at your Oxted firm. Your Wills & Probate department's reputation for handling complex estates — including taxable and asset-rich matters — aligns precisely with the technical depth I have developed in Wills drafting, LPA preparation, trust deed work, and HMRC correspondence on inheritance tax matters.
My background in Private Client practice has equipped me to manage a varied caseload independently, from straightforward Wills through to multi-jurisdictional estates involving discretionary trusts and contested probate. I am currently progressing towards my STEP qualification, which has deepened my technical knowledge in estate planning and trust administration. I have consistently contributed to client retention and departmental growth through proactive client care and referral relationships.
