5 recommandations générées par notre IA pour maximiser vos chances.
⭐ Lead with your Head of Department or supervisory experience at the very top of your CV — the advert explicitly requires someone to manage the Commercial Conveyancing department.
📊 Quantify your caseload: e.g. "Managed 60+ active commercial property files simultaneously, maintaining 100% compliance with completion deadlines."
🎯 Highlight specific commercial conveyancing transaction types (freehold acquisitions, commercial leases, refinancing) as the advert covers "all types of conveyancing matters" — breadth of experience is key.
🤝 Include a dedicated section or bullet on staff development: reference the number of junior fee earners you have supervised, trained, or appraised, as this is a core responsibility listed in the advert.
🏆 Emphasise your track record at an established firm in Suffolk or East Anglia if applicable — the employer values local knowledge, personal service, and quality standards, so regional experience is a differentiator.
