1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the SpeedCV service, published by Verrilux.ch SARL. By creating an account, you accept these terms in their entirety.

2. Service description

SpeedCV is an AI-assisted CV creation platform. The service allows you to create, edit, optimize and export professional CVs.

3. Registration and account

  • You must provide accurate information during registration
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials
  • Only one account per person is allowed
  • The service is accessible from age 16 (EU) or 13 (CH, US)

4. Pricing and subscription

  • CV creation, editing, AI suggestions and preview are entirely free. No credit card required to start.
  • Downloading the CV (PDF, Word, PNG) requires a subscription.
  • Trial period: CHF 2.50 for 14 days of full access to all features.
  • Automatic renewal: at the end of the trial period, the subscription renews at CHF 29.90 per month unless cancelled.
  • A one-time payment of CHF 0.90 may be offered for a single download without subscription.

Prices are displayed in CHF (Swiss francs). The exact amount and renewal conditions are clearly indicated before each payment.

5. Cancellation and refund

  • Cancel anytime in 1 click from your account Settings page
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You retain access until that date.
  • No refund for a partial period already started
  • For EU/UK users: 14-day right of withdrawal after the first payment
  • A reminder email is sent 3 days before each renewal

6. Use of artificial intelligence

  • Content suggestions are generated by AI for informational purposes
  • You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of generated content
  • The ATS score is an estimate and does not guarantee application results
  • Your CV text is sent to our AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) for processing
  • We do not fine-tune our models on your personal data

7. Refund guarantee

  • You have a 14-day refund right from your first purchase.
  • To exercise this right, email support@kandidat.ch with your account email.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.
  • This guarantee applies only to the first purchase.
  • Verrilux.ch SARL reserves the right to refuse a refund in case of obvious abuse.

8. Subscription and automatic renewal

  • The trial period lasts 14 days at the indicated price (currently CHF 2.50).
  • At the end of the trial, the subscription automatically renews at CHF 29.90 per month.
  • You can cancel anytime in 1 click from Settings, without fees or justification.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Sending a reminder email before renewal is not a contractual obligation.
  • By subscribing, the user acknowledges and accepts the automatic renewal conditions.

9. Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of the content you create on SpeedCV. We claim no rights over your CVs, cover letters or personal data. Templates and source code remain the property of Verrilux.ch SARL.

10. Liability

SpeedCV is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.

11. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swiss law. In case of dispute, the courts of Lausanne (Switzerland) have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of the user's country apply.
