Rate: £40-£50 per hour (Umbrella)

CRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a well-established Local Authority in Greater Manchester that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential & Commercial Property Lawyer on an interim basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and friendly legal team, handling a varied caseload of local authority property work with the flexibility of hybrid working.
The Role
You'll manage a broad caseload including:

• Commercial property transactions
• Residential property matters
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Leases and licences
• Easements and wayleaves
• General property advice to internal departments

The role is available immediately and will run through to the end of October 2026.

About You
You'll be:

• A Solicitor, Legal Executive or suitably experienced Property Lawyer
• Experienced in residential and/or commercial property work
• Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Available to start at short notice (or with a short notice period)
