Dear Hiring Manager,
Zachary Daniels' search for a Senior Assistant Merchandiser at this performance apparel brand caught my attention immediately — specifically the breadth of the role across wholesale stock allocation, intake scheduling, and weekly trading analysis. These are areas where I have built tangible expertise and am keen to take on greater ownership.
My background in retail merchandising has given me hands-on experience producing trading reports, conducting pre- and post-buy analysis, and managing purchase orders aligned to delivery schedules. Working closely with logistics partners and warehouse teams, I have coordinated stock availability across multiple wholesale accounts, consistently minimising stock risk while protecting sales performance. I am comfortable translating data into actionable commercial recommendations for buying and trading meetings.
