Unsere Tipps für Ihre Bewerbung
5 recommandations générées par notre IA pour maximiser vos chances.
⭐ Lead your CV's Personal Statement with your CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification status — the advert lists this as a core requirement and it is the first credential hiring managers will scan for.
📊 Quantify your month-end and VAT experience: e.g. 'Prepared quarterly VAT returns for a £4M-turnover business, reducing submission errors by 100% over 2 years' to stand out against generic applicants.
🎯 Explicitly call out UK payroll experience in a dedicated 'Key Skills' section, as the advert flags this as preferred and international/multi-jurisdictional payroll as a bonus — both are differentiators worth surfacing prominently.
📋 Mirror the advert's language around 'financial controls' and 'process improvements' in your bullet points — ATS systems will be tuned to these exact phrases given the compliance-focused nature of the role.
🤝 Highlight any experience supporting non-finance budget holders or cross-team collaboration, as the advert specifically asks for the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders outside the finance function.

Aperçu — adapté à Twenty Two Business Support & Development
Dear Hiring Manager,
Twenty Two Business Support's Finance Officer position aligns precisely with my background in full-cycle accounting and financial controls. With a CIMA qualification and over five years managing month-end close, VAT return submissions, and management accounts preparation, I am confident I can take ownership of the day-to-day finance function from day one, working independently within your 10–2 pm structure.
My background in accounting practice spans accounts payable and receivable, UK payroll processing, quarterly VAT compliance, and audit preparation. I have regularly supported non-finance budget holders in tracking spend against budgets, translating financial data into clear, actionable insights — a skill I understand is central to this role. I have also contributed to process improvements that reduced reconciliation time by 20% across a 12-month period.
