Unsere Tipps für Ihre Bewerbung
5 recommandations générées par notre IA pour maximiser vos chances.
⭐ Lead your CV Personal Statement with your PQE level and specialism — the advert explicitly requires 4-5 years PQE in residential property, so state this immediately (e.g. "Residential Property Solicitor with 5 years PQE").
📊 Quantify your caseload: e.g. "Managed 60+ active residential conveyancing files simultaneously, achieving average completion in 10 weeks" — the advert asks for end-to-end transaction handling.
🎯 Highlight any junior supervision or training experience explicitly, as the advert lists "assisting with the development of junior team members" as a core responsibility — name the number of trainees or paralegals you mentored.
🌐 Include a dedicated bullet on networking or business development activity (e.g. local property events, referral relationships with estate agents), as the advert specifically mentions attending networking events to build firm reputation.
🤝 Reference any experience adopting or championing legal technology (case management systems, e-conveyancing platforms such as SDLT tools or InfoTrack) to align with the advert's emphasis on streamlining processes through new technologies.

Aperçu — adapté à Ideal Personnel and Recruitment Solutions
Dear Hiring Manager,
Residential conveyancing is where I have built my career, and the Residential Property Solicitor role at your Milton Keynes firm is a strong fit for my 5 years of post-qualification experience. My practice covers end-to-end residential property transactions — from initial instruction through to completion — alongside a consistent focus on client care that has driven repeat referrals from estate agent partners.
My background in residential conveyancing includes managing a caseload of over 55 active files, supervising two trainee fee earners, and championing the adoption of a new case management system that reduced average transaction time by two weeks. I have also represented the firm at local property networking events, generating new professional connections with developers and mortgage brokers.
