Nos conseils pour postuler
5 recommandations générées par notre IA pour maximiser vos chances.
⭐ Lead your Personal Statement with direct experience supporting children in care, as the advert explicitly prioritises this over general health and social care background.
📊 Quantify your care experience: e.g. 'Supported 6 looked-after children across 3 placements, completing daily records and handovers with zero safeguarding escalations over 12 months'.
🎯 Explicitly mention your DBS status (enhanced, on the update service if applicable) as the advert flags this as a requirement and offers to assist with applications.
🌐 Highlight your flexibility and willingness to travel across South of England or London boroughs, as the role requires working across varied and multiple settings.
🤝 Reference any multi-agency or professional collaboration (e.g. social workers, CAMHS, schools) when describing care plan work, as the advert stresses working closely with other professionals.

Aperçu — adapté à Prospero Health & Social Care
Dear Hiring Manager,
Prospero Health & Social Care's Children's Support Worker role stood out to me immediately — the focus on safeguarding, care plan implementation, and working across varied local authority settings aligns directly with the work I have been doing in the health and social care sector. I am confident I can deliver the consistent, high-quality support your looked-after children need from day one.
My background in children's residential and community care has given me hands-on experience completing daily records, incident reports, and handovers to a high standard, as well as identifying and escalating safeguarding concerns through the correct channels. I have worked within both regulated and non-regulated settings, collaborating closely with social workers, schools, and CAMHS professionals to implement individual care plans and promote positive behaviours and emotional stability.
