Nos conseils pour postuler
5 recommandations générées par notre IA pour maximiser vos chances.
⭐ Place your QTS qualification prominently at the top of your CV under your personal statement, as the advert lists it as the first essential requirement.
📊 Quantify your classroom impact: e.g. "Improved KS4 English Language pass rate from 61% to 78% across two academic years" to stand out among supply candidates.
🎯 Explicitly state the key stages you have taught (KS3 and KS4) in your experience section, as the advert specifically requires both — don't leave this implicit.
📚 Mention any CPD courses completed, particularly those via The National College or similar platforms, as Tradewind highlights CPD access as a key benefit and values teachers who engage with it.
🤝 If you are an ECT or returning teacher, include a brief note in your personal statement addressing your readiness for supply or flexible roles, since the advert explicitly welcomes these profiles.

My background in secondary English teaching has equipped me with strong classroom management skills and a commitment to inclusive lesson design. I have consistently worked to raise attainment at GCSE level, adapting my approach to meet the needs of mixed-ability groups and pupils with additional learning needs.
