Aperçu — adapté à Tradewind Recruitment
Dear Hiring Manager,
Tradewind Recruitment's HLTA vacancy at your Westminster school stands out because it demands genuine classroom leadership — delivering lessons independently and leading targeted SEND interventions, both of which sit at the heart of my professional practice. I hold my HLTA qualification and have built substantial experience supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs, including ASD and ADHD, across primary settings.
My background in classroom management and intervention delivery means I am confident leading a class in the teacher's absence while maintaining high expectations and an inclusive environment. I have contributed to planning and assessment cycles, feeding back pupil progress to class teachers and adapting intervention programmes accordingly.
