Unsere Tipps für Ihre Bewerbung
5 recommandations générées par notre IA pour maximiser vos chances.
⭐ Highlight any prior experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities at the top of your CV — the advert names this as a key differentiator for Sybden's six-resident service.
📊 Quantify your care experience: "Supported 8 adults with mild-to-severe Learning Disabilities across a 24-hour residential setting for 18 months".
🌐 Mention your shift flexibility explicitly — the advert stresses 7am–10pm shifts, sleep-ins, waking nights and weekend working, so note these in your personal statement.
🎯 Reference manual handling and medication support as named duties — if you hold a Manual Handling certificate or have administered medication under a MAR chart, state this clearly in your skills section.
🤝 Include a line about record keeping or care plan contribution, as the advert specifically lists maintaining records to a required standard as a core responsibility.

Dear Hiring Manager,
Turning Point's Sybden residential home has built nearly 20 years of person-centred support for adults with Learning Disabilities — and the Bank Support Worker role sits at the heart of that mission. The emphasis on developing daily living skills and promoting independence, alongside the practical demands of personal care and medication support, aligns directly with the experience I bring to this position.
My background in residential care includes supporting adults with a range of complex needs across 24-hour shift patterns, including sleep-ins and waking nights. I am confident in maintaining accurate care records to required standards and in applying safe manual handling techniques, having completed accredited training in both areas. I have supported residents with personal care, community activities and life skills development, always working to uphold dignity and individual choice.
