I nostri consigli per candidarsi
5 recommandations générées par notre IA pour maximiser vos chances.
⭐ Place your QTS status (or expected award date) prominently at the top of your CV under your Personal Statement, as the advert lists it as the primary requirement.
📊 Quantify your classroom impact during placements: e.g. 'Delivered 12-week phonics intervention to a group of 8 Year 1 pupils, improving reading ages by an average of 3 months'.
🎯 Include a dedicated 'Safeguarding & Compliance' section listing your enhanced DBS certificate number, DBS Update Service subscription, and any Prevent Duty or safeguarding training completed — the advert stresses these heavily.
🌐 Reference Shropshire-specific or rural primary school experience in your Personal Statement if applicable, as the school context is a single-site Shropshire primary where community involvement is emphasised.
🤝 Highlight collaborative working with teaching assistants, SENCOs, or school leaders during placements, as the advert specifically calls out working with 'experienced teachers, support staff, and school leaders'.

Dear Hiring Manager,
Protocol Education's ECT Primary Teacher position in Shropshire is precisely the foundation I have been working towards throughout my initial teacher training. With Qualified Teacher Status on track for award this summer and a strong grounding in inclusive lesson planning and pupil progress assessment, I am confident I can contribute meaningfully to your school from September 2026.
My background in primary education placements has given me hands-on experience delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 and 2, implementing behaviour management strategies, and collaborating with SENCOs and teaching assistants to support pupils with additional needs. I hold a valid enhanced DBS certificate and am subscribed to the DBS Update Service, and I have completed both safeguarding and Prevent Duty training in line with DfE guidance.
