Nos conseils pour postuler
5 recommandations générées par notre IA pour maximiser vos chances.
⭐ Lead your CV personal statement with explicit mention of 'construction consultancy' experience, as the advert states this is a mandatory requirement and uses the phrase repeatedly.
📊 Quantify your project delivery track record: e.g. 'Managed 8 concurrent projects across commercial and residential sectors, delivering on programme and within a combined budget of £12M'.
🎯 Highlight your progress towards or attainment of MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB — the advert names all three and offers APC support, so even part-completion is worth flagging prominently.
🌐 Tailor your sector exposure to match the advert's pipeline: commercial, residential, education, healthcare and mixed-use. List each sector explicitly in your experience bullets where applicable.
🤝 Demonstrate client-facing experience with a concrete example — e.g. chairing project meetings, producing client reports or acting as primary point of contact — as these are listed as key responsibilities.
