Aperçu — adapté à Protocol Education
Dear Hiring Manager,
Protocol Education's supply teacher opportunities across Wiltshire align closely with my background in classroom management and working with young people across varied settings. The flexibility to work across mainstream, SEND, and alternative provision — combined with weekly PAYE pay and no umbrella companies — makes this an arrangement I am keen to pursue without delay.
My background in working with children and young people has equipped me with the ability to step into unfamiliar classrooms, establish a calm and positive environment quickly, and deliver pre-planned lessons with confidence. I have managed behaviour across mixed-ability groups and adapted my approach to suit different year groups and school cultures at short notice.
