Aperçu — adapté à Specsavers
Dear Hiring Manager,
Specsavers' reputation for patient-centred eyecare on the high street is precisely what draws me to the Trainee Optical Assistant role at your Elgin store. The opportunity to develop hands-on skills in optical pre-testing and dispensing, while acting as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, aligns directly with where I want to take my career.
My background in customer-facing retail has equipped me with the communication and listening skills your team values. In a previous role serving over 60 customers per day, I consistently resolved concerns at the first point of contact and maintained a tidy, welcoming shop floor environment — both priorities highlighted in this role. I am confident with IT systems and comfortable collaborating across teams to keep operations running smoothly.
