SEND Teacher | Hounslow | Full-Time Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded specialist provision in Hounslow seeking an enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join their team.
This role would suit a qualified teacher with experience supporting pupils with complex needs, autism, and communication difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
- Create personalised learning plans
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with parents and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience within SEND settings preferred
- Strong understanding of EHCPs and adaptive teaching
Location: Hounslow
Start: September 2025
