Dear Hiring Manager,
Specsavers' reputation for putting customers at the heart of every interaction is precisely what draws me to the Optical Assistant position at your High Wycombe store. With hands-on experience in optical dispensing and a solid grounding in optical terminology, I am confident I can contribute to the outstanding store environment your team is known for.
My background in optical retail has equipped me with the skills to guide customers through frame and lens selections, handle complex prescription queries, and maintain a welcoming, efficient store floor. In my most recent position, I assisted an average of 35 customers per day, consistently receiving positive feedback for clear product explanations and attentive service. I am equally comfortable supporting audiology customers, having developed a working knowledge of hearing care products and terminology.
