The Role


As a Recruitment Consultant within our HR specialism, you’ll run a full 360° recruitment desk, partnering with organisations across Northern Ireland to recruit HR talent at all levels.


You will:

  • Develop new and existing client relationships within the HR market

  • Take detailed job briefs and provide insight on salary, availability and hiring trends

  • Proactively win new business through targeted BD and relationship management

  • Source, engage and qualify HR professionals across generalist and specialist roles

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from interview through to offer and onboarding

  • Ensure full compliance across right-to-work, references and documentation
